Meet Kevin Manning, the Executive Chef at The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights.

For Executive Chef Kevin Manning, a love of cooking began at home, watching family members cook and bake together. That early inspiration led him to the Culinary Institute of America and a career dedicated to creating memorable dining experiences.

Today, Chef Kevin leads the culinary program at The Watermark at Brooklyn Heights, bringing more than a decade of experience and a passion for seasonal ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and exceptional hospitality. While Mexican and Latin American cuisine remain among his personal favorites, his menus are inspired by flavors and traditions from around the world.

Outside the kitchen, Chef Kevin enjoys traveling, exploring film history, and cheering on the Mets and Arsenal FC. He believes, as Anthony Bourdain once said, "Food, culture, people and landscape are all absolutely inseparable," a philosophy that continues to inspire his approach to every meal.
