Huge congrats to Mandy & Caitlin for completing Baptiste Power Yoga Level One Teacher Training, with the man himself, Baron Baptiste. Baron Baptiste

This intensive training is a profound exploration of movement as a vehicle for personal growth.

Power Yoga combines mobility, breath work, focus, and is an incredible cardiovascular workout. It is the ultimate cross training mechanism for anyone looking to improve performance and longevity💪❤️‍🔥

Welcome our sweet baby Simon!

It feels so good to know that he’s born into such a beautiful, and loving community. Thank you all for the outpouring of love, support, gifts, stories and advice.

We’re going into this new chapter with full hearts, a full diaper, and certainty that we’re in the right place.
