Darlene Lee, one of our Clinical Supervisors, and Anthony Moore, one of our CRPAs, were on the ground representing our team at a recent meeting with the New York City Department of Probation.

They connected directly with Commissioner Sharun Goodwin, Assistant Commissioner Robert Eusebio, and key department staff during an engaging meet-and-greet that quickly transitioned into a meaningful discussion.

Momentum continued as Vanessa Gibson joined the gathering, underscoring the importance of collaboration across the community. The team also had the opportunity to connect with David Ahmed Coulibaly, Director of Community Affairs for the Office of the Bronx Borough President.

We’re proud to share that members of our team recently participated in a statewide listening session focused on the future of opioid settlement funding - an important conversation shaping how communities address substance use and recovery.

Natalie Faladova, our Clinical Director, and Josh Segal, our Clinical Supervisor, were honored to contribute their voices alongside other providers, advocates, and community leaders. These discussions are critical as opioid settlement funds are directed toward prevention, treatment, and long-term recovery efforts.

At both Seek Counseling and Success Counseling, we believe meaningful change starts by listening to providers, families, and most importantly, those directly impacted. Conversations like these help ensure resources are used where they matter most: expanding access to care, reducing stigma, and supporting sustainable recovery.
