Yesterday, our Leadership Team and staff celebrated our employees that are marking Anniversary Years at Kings County. Breakfast was served to those that have been with the hospital for 5, 10, and 15 years. A dinner celebration was held to honor those employees celebrating 20, 25, 30, 35, 40 and, yes, 45 years! It was a wonderful celebration and way to honor our staff with loyalty and dedication to Kings County and our patients.

Today, we were honored to welcome a delegation from Taiwan for a special visit focused on Special Pathogens and Biopreparedness.

Throughout the day, our teams shared insights into our approaches to emergency management, emergency response, and infection prevention and control, while exchanging knowledge and best practices with our visiting delegation.

The visit was a wonderful opportunity to connect, learn from one another, and showcase the expertise of our dedicated teams. Thank you to everyone who helped make today’s visit a success.

Problems with vision and hearing can make a difference in the classroom. Children should have their hearing and vision routinely tested from infant to teen years. If you notice any changes, talk to your child’s doctor.
