Residents in our assisted living program at Norwegian Christian Home had a wonderful time making a delicious no-bake Oreo lasagna with Elaine and the Garden Room chefs. From crushing Oreo cookies for the crust to layering creamy fillings, pudding, and Cool Whip, every step was filled with fun, teamwork, and sweet memories. The activity was such a success that it may become a favorite twice-a-month gathering for more baking fun and shared stories! 🍪❤️
