Autumn is calling, and we're throwing the party Brooklyn waits all year for.

Join us for our Autumn Festival & Fall Fair on Saturday, September 12, 2026 from 10 AM to 5 PM, rain or shine, at 1250 67th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11219.

Come hungry: traditional Norwegian and American food, homemade crafts, sweets, and unique gifts fill our vendor tables all day long. Bring the family for music and entertainment, browse our raffle drawings, and don't miss the Grand Prize Raffle, a Cruise for Two courtesy of Norwegian Cruise Line, drawn at 4:30 PM.

This is more than a fair, it's how we celebrate the tradition and community that have shaped our home since 1903. Come for the festivities. Stay for the connection.

Our Short-Term/Subacute Rehab program uses state-of-the-art equipment to help patients regain strength and return to their normal routine. Intensive rehabilitation is provided for those with subacute-care needs.

Our interdisciplinary team, physicians, nurses, speech, occupational, and physical therapists, dietitians, and licensed social workers, works toward measurable progress with every patient, supporting their recovery and goal of returning home.

Shark sighting at Norwegian Christian Home & Health Center!

We’re looking back at some of the fun from our Shark Week celebration! Residents and staff enjoyed a shark-themed carnival filled with games, prizes, ocean blue soda, and plenty of smiles. 🌊
