For years, I cared for women as they brought new life into the world.
Today, my advocacy continues by helping women care for themselves through every season of life. 🤍

My journey into wellness and aesthetics may seem like a different chapter from my years in Labor & Delivery, but the foundation has always been the same: caring for women.

At TLC, I cared for women as they became mothers. I supported families through joy and uncertainty. And I learned that women need more than clinical care. They need to feel heard, respected, informed, and supported.

At ReGlo, I continue that same advocacy in a different way. I help women reconnect with themselves, rebuild their confidence, and feel comfortable in their own skin through personalized wellness and aesthetic care.

Because care doesn’t end at giving birth.
It continues through every season of a woman’s life.

Whether you’re becoming a mother, navigating changes in your health and hormones, or simply finding your way back to yourself, you deserve care that sees the whole woman.

Different seasons. Different needs. One commitment to caring for women.
From Birth to Beauty, we’re here for every season. 🤍

Have you been feeling a little different lately? 🤍

Maybe your sleep has changed.
You’re experiencing hot flashes or night sweats.
Your mood feels different.
Or you just don’t feel quite like yourself anymore.

If you’re in perimenopause or menopause, changing hormone levels may be part of the picture.

You may have also heard the term BHRT, or Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy. 🌿

So, what does that actually mean?

BHRT uses hormones that are chemically identical to hormones naturally produced by the body. It is one approach within hormone therapy that may be considered for some women experiencing symptoms related to the menopause transition.

But hormone therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. Your symptoms, health history, needs, and goals all matter when deciding whether it may be right for you. 💕

You don’t have to simply “push through” symptoms or assume you have to live with feeling unlike yourself.

Let’s talk about what you’re experiencing and explore your options together.

Your hormones affect more than you think. 🤍

During perimenopause and menopause, changing hormone levels can affect how you feel, sleep, function, and experience your body.

Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) is one treatment option that may help replace or supplement hormones that naturally decline. Depending on your individual needs, HRT may include estrogen, progesterone, or both.

For some women, HRT may help manage menopause-related symptoms such as:
✨ Hot flashes and night sweats
✨ Sleep disruption
✨ Vaginal dryness or discomfort
✨ Certain changes in mood and overall well-being

But HRT is not one-size-fits-all. Your symptoms, health history, goals, and individual risks all matter when determining whether hormone therapy may be right for you.

Understanding your hormones is an important part of understanding your health. 🤍

Ready to learn more about your options? Book a consultation at TLC Midwifery to discuss hormone therapy and whether it may be right for you.

Pregnancy and postpartum are such incredible chapters in a woman’s life. There’s so much love and growth, but honestly, they can also leave you feeling completely depleted. 🤍
Growing and nourishing a baby takes a lot from your body. And when you’ve been running on little sleep and giving so much of yourself, it’s okay to need extra support.

At TLC Midwifery, we offer targeted IV therapy to support different wellness needs, including:
✨ Energy & recovery for the woman who hasn’t felt rested in months
✨ Skin & beauty infusions featuring antioxidants, glutathione, and Vitamin C
✨ Immune support during high-stress or high-demand seasons
Your postpartum care should include you, too. Rest, nourishment, hydration, and the right support can all be part of your recovery. 🤍
đź“© Feeling depleted? DM us to learn more about our IV therapy options and find out which may be right for you.

YOUR BIRTH. YOUR PREFERENCES.
Before you start writing down everything you want to happen, start by asking yourself:
What matters most to me?
Think about your birth setting, movement and comfort, pain management, support people, communication with your care team, and those first moments with your baby.
Your preferences can help you feel more informed and prepared, while still leaving room for flexibility. Birth can be unpredictable, and that's okay.

You don't have to navigate all of these decisions alone. A personalized conversation with your midwife can help you understand your options and create a plan that feels right for you.
Ready to talk through your birth preferences? Book a consultation with TLC Midwifery through the link in our bio.

3 Things I Wish Every Pregnant Person Knew From Day One 🤍

Pregnancy is your journey, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Save this reminder for when you need a little reassurance. Your questions, concerns, and experiences matter. 🤍

Preparing for birth is important, but don’t forget to think about postpartum and the transition into parenthood, too. Having a plan for support can help you feel more prepared for those early days with your baby.

DM us “BIRTH PLAN” and we’ll send you a free planning guide to help you think through your preferences, support system, and what you may need before and after baby arrives.

And remember, your birth plan is a starting point. Talk through your preferences and questions with your own healthcare provider so you can make informed decisions about your care.
