Today’s Ragamuffin Parade brought the sweetest Halloween spirit to Bay Ridge—children showing off their creative, funny and wonderful costumes, marching bands, floats, parents joining in the dress-up fun & Wellness Center ♻️ Brooklyn NY 's favorite mascot Reecey James (how pretty was she in her pink bows?!?) 💖🩷💖

We’ve been lucky enough to watch this beloved neighborhood tradition pass by our block since 1998. There’s something so nostalgic about seeing generations of families make memories right here in Brooklyn.
