Carlene is a Brooklyn-based yoga teacher who offers an intuitive approach to movement and breathwork. Her classes center on creating a safe space for students to explore their practice, from dynamic flows rooted in the geometry of the body to supported restorative postures that invite stillness.

Join Carlene at our Grand Army Plaza location on Sunday mornings 9:15-10:15am to practice under the trees!
