Every transformation you see here exists because a patient chose to share it. That generosity is how education happens, how trust is built, and how someone just like you finds the courage to take their next step. I am endlessly grateful for every single one of them.

WOW. 6 WEEKS POST-OP ⬇️

This beautiful patient came seeking a refreshed natural appearance after trying prior popular treatments, including neuromodulators fillers and skin based procedures.

Aging is global small progressive changes occur across all facial layers and regions, not in isolation. This case addresses those changes through a structural. multi-plane surgical approach involving the midface, neck, eyes, lips, and brow in a single operative plan

**Procedures performed**

* Extended deep plane face and neck lift
* Upper eyelid blepharoplasty
* Lower eyelid blepharoplasty
* Subnasal lip lift
* Corner lip lift
* Pre jowl chin implant
* Bilateral temporal brow lift

This is an early postoperative result at 6 weeks. Swelling and incision maturation are still evolving with continued refinement expected over time. However her healing is undeniably beautiful - and progressing a touch faster than the average patient undergoing multiple procedures. Thus is the nature of biology and healing - it varies in all cases.

She most generously allowed me to share her journey to educate, inspire, and empower others considering facial rejuvenation. Thank you for your beauty and your trust. I am honored to be your surgeon and witness this transformation.

I will also be sharing close up incision photos for patients who are curious about the healing process. As someone who has undergone surgery myself, I understand the importance of seeing real healing trajectories because no two recoveries are identical.

Knowledge is power and any surgical decision should be made with trust compassion and a thoughtful surgeon patient relationship.

Filler or facelift? Stop thinking about it as either/or.

Most people will use both, just at different points in their lifetime. It’s a spectrum, not a competition. What your face needs today may be completely different from what it needs in a year or three years from now.

The right question isn’t which one. It’s where are you in your journey right now?

Only six 6️⃣ weeks after surgery.

One of the most common misconceptions about facial rejuvenation surgery is that the goal is to look different. It is not. A well-executed facelift should never look pulled, tight, windswept, or unnatural. The goal is restoration: returning support to tissues that have gradually descended over time and allowing your natural facial features to re-emerge.

What makes this result especially remarkable is how early it is. At just six weeks postop, she is still healing, and subtle residual swelling remains throughout the face and neck. Even so, her jawline is already more defined, her neckline smoother, and her overall appearance refreshed while remaining completely recognizable as herself.

The most beautiful facelift results are often the ones that do not immediately announce themselves as surgery. Friends and family simply notice that someone looks refreshed and healthy.

She will continue to heal and refine over the coming months as swelling gradually resolves and tissues settle further. Her result is already beautiful, and the journey is far from complete. More updates to follow….

Thank you for your trust and generosity in allowing me to share your journey with others who may be considering their own. It is an honor to be part of these deeply personal transformations.

Not a full necklift….

This beautiful young woman desired more definition along her neck and jawline with a result that felt permanent and structural, rather than temporary and subject to shifting over time.

Anatomy is key. She had a naturally petite bony chin structure, strong skin quality, and isolated fullness beneath the chin. I performed a minimally invasive approach for this young patient, using a customized chin implant and neck liposculpting to create a more sculpted, balanced jawline while preserving a natural appearance.

These results are only several months post-op, and there is still minor residual swelling beneath the chin. Her results will continue to refine over time.

Although when clinically appropriate, I am not opposed to performing necklift surgery in younger patients who demonstrate true skin laxity and sagging, that was not the issue here.

Thank you to my patient, as always, for entrusting me. And thank you for courageously sharing your journey to educate, inspire, and empower others along their own path.

Good filler is not defined by how much product is used, but by the decision making behind it. It’s defined by style as much as safety.

Patient selection, facial structure, restraint, knowing when less is more, also knowing when more is more, and long term planning all matter far more than chasing volume alone.

I love this case of male eyelid rejuvenation. One of the most important aspects of facial rejuvenation is structurally addressing the layers associated with aging, while at the same time avoiding overcorrection.

This gentleman presented with puffy upper eyelids and lower eyelid bags, which were addressed through a series of conservative surgical adjustments to the upper and lower eyelids. The goal was not to create a dramatically different look, but rather to reduce heaviness and puffiness while maintaining natural masculine facial features and expression.

Curious what eyelid rejuvenation could do for you? I would love to meet you.

CO2 laser is not a quick fix treatment and it is not something we recommend to everyone.

When appropriate, it is one of the most effective ways to improve overall skin quality by addressing pigmentation, texture, fine lines, and surface irregularities through true resurfacing. This comes with real downtime, a structured skincare protocol, and patient commitment.
For the right candidate, this is where we see some of the most meaningful and lasting improvements in skin.

✨ Treatment: Fractional Ablative CO2 Laser
