8:45 am Living Yoga Series with Carla
9 am Yoga for Mobility & Strength with Ramit
10:30 am All Levels with Carla
11 am All Levels with Maddie
4 pm Yogalates with Melissa
5:30 pm Gentle & Rest & Reiki with Carla
6 pm All Levles with Carla

Carla had the wonderful opportunity to do Seva up at SuperSoul Farm getting the farm ready for its season of retreats including Jaya's Mid Summer Retreat! Please join us!

We get an early start 7 am with Grace; 7:30 am meditate and 8 am with Ramit; 12 pm with Marissa; 12 pm with Teri; 4 pm COMMUNITY CLASS ; 5:30 pm With Katie!

We have a few new classes coming on the weekly schedule as of today 4/11
Saturdays 12:30 Basics with Greta - just before at 11 am she teaches the Kiddos
Mondays 12 pm All Levels with Laura
Wednesdays 12 pm All Levels with Nikki
All of the Above at Jaya East🕉️

We also have Community classes Fridays 4-3 pm with some of our most recent Teacher Training Graduates starting 4/16 at Jaya East 🕉️
