I had the pleasure of receiving assistance for increasing aide hours, and I can attest to the competence and attention to details necessary to accomplish a positive outcome. We were assigned to our guardian angel named Jenny A. She was so thorough and consistent that it felt like she is family with the same concerns and drive that we had to ensure that we were granted the extra hours of aide. We are so grateful and could not have asked for a better person to assist us with this extensive process.

I have been on a mission to get my 95 year old father extra hours of much deserve care at home. I would have not accomplished the approval of 24 hours care at home if not for the guidance, well informed and diligent work of Ms. Jenny Akhara. She is an asset to your agency and to those whom she is helping. With her knowledge and sense of caring I was able to see this through as I felt anxious and stressed with all that was needed to do. She kept me well informed, always accepted my calls and answered my emails. At a personal note, she was an angel sent to me by heaven. I sincerely wish her the best and I am deeply thankful for all her dedication. I pray all those in need of an expert in this field is fortunate enough to have Ms. Akhara work on their behalf.
