Hi everyone. I have two wonderful support groups that are going to be starting.

Group #1: Another cycle of the VIRTUAL Women's Grief Support Group will be starting on April 14th. The group is for 8 weeks, meets on Tuesdays from 7:15pm - 8:30pm. Cost is $75 per session, I accept Cigna and have one sliding scale spot left.

Group #2: Retirement - Now What? This group is for those who want to meet new people, have open discussions about what it's like to be retired - the good, the bad, and the ugly!! This group meets for 6 weeks, meets on Thursdays from 12p - 1pm, and is $55 per session. Cigna is accepted.

Please share this information to anyone who might benefit from connection and new community!! For NY and NJ residents.

Hi friends...
This coming January, I will be facilitating this group to support parents and caregivers who Neurodiverse and Special Needs Children. This group is running for another cycle after the positive and helpful feedback from the previous group.
