We asked 106.7 Lite FM host Helen Little to share a song that reminds her of her favorite person. Her answer perfectly demonstrates the connection between music and memory, as well as the ways lyrics can instantly take you back to a special moment, a chapter in your life or time spent with someone you love. 🎶

It’s a connection so powerful, we have creative arts therapists on our team who use music to care for hospice patients, as well as residents with dementia at MJHS Menorah Center for Rehabilitation and Nursing Care.
