Should you eat dates to get ready for birth? 🤷🏽‍♀️
Dates for labor? ✅ Yes
Me liking them? ❌ Hell no

Yes, there’s real deal studies that show that eating dried medjool dates help tone your uterus and get your cervix all ripe and gooey. Perfect environment for labor!

So feel free to eat 4-6 dates a day starting around 34-36 weeks as long as you don’t have gestational diabetes. But if you’re anything like me, blahhhh 🤢

But you could put dates in your NORA tea or eat those 5 ingredient bars like
