🎃 A look back at some of the sweet memories from last year’s Halloween celebration!

Our residents loved seeing all the costumes, greeting local families and handing out treats—and we’re excited to do it again! We are currently collecting candy to help make this year’s Trunk or Treat just as special. 🍬👻

Donations may be dropped off at Heritage Hall–Brookneal, 633 Cook Avenue, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Every bag of candy helps us create more moments like these for our residents and community! 🧡

🍬 We’re still collecting candy to help make Halloween extra sweet for our residents and visiting trick-or-treaters!

Donations may be dropped off at Heritage Hall in Brookneal during business hours, Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Every bag helps our residents join in the fun of passing out treats this fall! 🎃👻

🎉🌸 Happy Birthday, Betty & Mattie! 🌸🎉

Heritage Hall is celebrating two very special birthdays! 💕 Please join us in wishing Betty Breedlove a wonderful 92nd birthday and Mattie Allen a very happy 78th birthday! 🎂🎈

Both ladies were blessed to celebrate their special days surrounded by family, who came to visit and shower them with love, beautiful flowers, thoughtful cards, and festive birthday balloons! 💐💌🎈

🎃 Help Heritage Hall Stock Up for Halloween! 🍬

Wow—last year's Trick-or-Treating turnout was massive! To make sure we are fully ready for the crowd this year, we are officially collecting wrapped candy donations.

What we need: Bags of unopened, individually wrapped candy.

Where to drop off: Heritage Hall front desk.

When to drop off: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

Who it's for: Our residents and staff will hand these out to local kids on our event night close to Halloween!

🎉 Congratulations, Nakita! 🎉

We’re so proud to celebrate our Director of Nursing, Nakita Yuille, who was awarded a $2,000 Registered Nursing Scholarship through the Commonwealth Long Term Care Foundation! 🩺🎓❤️

This is Nakita’s third time receiving this scholarship, recognizing her continued dedication to furthering her education and growing her career in long-term care.

Since we couldn’t put all 60 of our Heritage Hall residents on a plane to Disney World, we brought Disney to them! 🏰✨

Yesterday was Disney Day, and our residents and staff had a magical time! Residents were given their very own Mickey ears and had fun taking photos in front of a Disney castle backdrop. 🐭📸

They also got to “ride” roller coasters and other Disney attractions by watching first-person ride videos projected onto a large screen. It was almost like being there—without the long lines! 🎢🎠

And of course, no Disney Day would be complete without a sweet treat! Everyone enjoyed Mickey Mouse and Olaf popsicles. 🍦⛄️
