💛 Meet Our Director of Social Services, Jennifer Del Rio! 💛

We’re excited to introduce you to Jennifer Del Rio, Director of Social Services at Oak Hill Senior Living!

Jennifer brings 14 years of experience in social services, along with a background as a Certified Nursing Assistant. Her passion for helping others shines through in the way she advocates for our residents and works to ensure their social, emotional, and discharge planning needs are met.

Jennifer is also continuing her education by pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, furthering her knowledge so she can continue making a difference in the lives of those she serves.

We are so thankful to have Jennifer as part of our Oak Hill family and appreciate the compassion, dedication, and support she provides to our residents and their families every day. 💛

At Oak Hill Senior Living, we are incredibly proud of the team members who go above and beyond each day to care for our residents, support their families, and help their coworkers. 🫶

Throughout the year, we collect nominations for our Servant’s Heart Award, which recognizes employees who truly embody what it means to have a servant’s heart — being selfless, engaging, respectful, vibrant, attentive, nurturing, and thoughtful. 🌳✨

These nominations also help us select our Employee of the Month each month, with one deserving employee ultimately receiving our annual Servant’s Heart Award! 🏆

Our residents enjoyed a little pampering with fresh manicures, beautiful colors, and refreshing mocktails! From pretty pinks and bold reds to blues and a little sparkle, everyone got to choose a look that made them feel fabulous. 💅✨

It was an afternoon filled with self-care, laughter, great conversation, and lots of smiles! These are the simple moments that make the sweetest memories. 💗

Labor Day + Football Season = The Perfect Reason to Celebrate! ❤️🏈

Today we celebrated our amazing Oak Hill Senior Living team with a Labor Day BBQ and kicked off football season in style! 🌭🍔🏈

Our staff showed up representing their favorite teams in their sports jerseys, enjoyed a delicious BBQ lunch, and spent some time together having fun! 🎉

We are incredibly thankful for the hardworking, compassionate team we have at Oak Hill. Our staff gives so much to our residents each and every day, and we love any opportunity to celebrate THEM! 💙
