We thought you should know, a common dental misconception is that cavities or decay only happens when you snack on sweets. Many foods we eat actually break down into sugars in the mouth after we’re done eating. This is why it’s so important to brush and floss around 30 mins or more after meals and snacks. Rinsing with water also helps too !!
