Our practice is holistic in that we believe that healing requ

ires more than just adjusting brain chemistry, and more than just talking about problems. Brain chemistry and talking can be important elements of healing, but equally important are the body, the emotions, the spirit, and our relationships with others and with ourselves. You may come to Psych Choices for therapy (individual, couple or family), or for therapy and medication management. All patients requesting medication will first be assigned to a psychotherapist for an initial evaluation.
