We are incredibly proud to celebrate the hard work and determination of our patient, Ms. C.S.

Following a fall that resulted in pelvic fractures, Ms. C.S. arrived at our facility requiring full assistance with her mobility and self-care. Thanks to her hard work in physical and occupational therapy, she successfully met all of her goals and has been discharged back home! 👏
