Calm was never the goal.
Somewhere along the way you decided that being unbothered meant you were healed. It doesn't. Sometimes it just means you stopped telling the truth.
Anger isn't a malfunction. It's information. Fear tells you what you could lose. Grief tells you what you loved. Anger tells you a line got crossed.
You were taught anger means you lost control. It usually means something in you finally caught on.
You don't need to be less angry. You need to stop being afraid of what it's pointing at.
