Parameters Research Laboratory (PRL) is hiring a FT Clinical Research Registered Nurse in Broomfield, CO!
Are you an experienced RN looking to apply your clinical expertise in a new environment while helping advance medical technology? Join our team and play a direct role in clinical research studies that help evaluate and validate innovative medical devices.
At PRL, you’ll work alongside a dedicated research team, interact with study participants, and contribute to research that supports the development of medical monitoring technology.
🔬 What You’ll Do
• Coordinate and conduct clinical research visits for investigational medical device studies.
• Screen, enroll, and care for study participants while monitoring their safety.
• Perform clinical assessments, study procedures, and accurate clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with investigators, sponsors, and research staff to ensure study quality and protocol compliance.
• Contribute to the advancement of medical device research and innovation.
👩⚕️ Who We’re Looking For
• An RN with at least 2 years of nursing experience.
• An active, unrestricted Colorado RN license or eligibility for Colorado licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, reliability, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to participant safety.
• Critical care, ICU, Emergency, PACU, Labor & Delivery, NICU, or other specialty nursing experience is highly desirable (not mandatory)
• A nurse who enjoys learning, working collaboratively, and exploring opportunities beyond traditional bedside care.
Clinical research experience is preferred, but nurses with strong clinical foundations and a desire to learn are encouraged to apply.
💰 Compensation & Benefits
• $40–$50 per hour, based on experience.

📍 Position Details
• Full-time, on-site position in Broomfield, CO.
• Monday–Friday, 5 days per week.
