✨ Important Life & Business Updates ✨

What a busy and exciting few weeks it has been!

🎉 This past Wednesday, I taught my very first class created and presented by yours truly—and it was a success! I am so grateful to the students who attended, came ready to learn, and brought such a calm, positive energy to the day. Thank you all for making it such a wonderful experience! (Pictures included below.)

📚 The week before class, I spent time in Durham/Raleigh, NC at US Massage Camp, learning more about massage competitions and gaining valuable insight into what happens behind the scenes when I compete. I was also able to spend time with a longtime friend and fellow massage therapist, which may have been my favorite part of the trip.

🐴 On my way home, I finally crossed Grayson Highlands State Park off my lifetime bucket list! I wish I could have spent more time exploring, but I needed to get back home. I was there just long enough to see a few of the famous wild horses, and I’ll be sharing a photo of them as well.

💼 Business Update:
As many of you know, I had planned to increase my prices beginning June 1st. However, I’ve been so busy that I haven’t done a great job of giving everyone enough notice. Because of that, I am pushing the price increase back to July 1st. 😉 I’m the boss, right?

🎓 My next class is planned for July 8th! If you’re a massage therapist—or know a massage therapist—please help spread the word. I’d love to have more students join us. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out directly at 317-840-5111.

📅 Finally, I do have some availability next week, although it is somewhat limited. I’d love to fill my schedule, so feel free to book online or contact me directly. I’ll likely make a separate post soon with my available appointment times.

⭐️ I have last-minute openings this week! Thursday from 10am-1pm and Friday from 10-4. For the record, I don’t post Fridays up for online booking. If you want a Friday appointment, please text me at 317-840-5111 and I will make sure you get an appointment. 🍃 Side note: I need to practice for my upcoming competition, and Friday would be a really good day for that. If any of my clients would like to allow me to practice on them, maybe we can work something out for this Friday. Payment for me to practice my routine on you is a charitable donation towards my competition. 🍃

I have some exciting news to share!
Over the past year, I’ve been continuing to refine my skills and deepen the level of care I provide to each of you. Recently, I had the honor of competing in the Indiana Massage Championship, where I was awarded 2nd place in Wellness, Clinical, and Western Freestyle categories. (I have future plans to continue to zone in on my strengths and to compete in a few more competitions this year.)
This experience has allowed me to elevate my techniques even further, and I’m excited to bring that higher level of work into every session.
As my practice continues to grow and evolve, I will be adjusting my pricing effective June 1, 2026
New rates will be:�• 60 minutes – $120 �• 90 minutes – $160�• 120 minutes – $200

I am officially coming back to social media because I have exciting news to share with all of you about the direction of Xhale in the next couple months. I will go in order to least exciting to most exciting.
🌟my rates are changing and this will take effect on November 1st. It’s been an over 2 years since I have changed my rates. 😮 you guys will be able to see the changes on my website in the coming days.
🌟 my online booking will also be back online in the next few days making booking with me much easier.
🌟and lastly! 🥁 coming November 1st Yasa is going to be joining me offering esthetician services like facials waxing and lashes! I will be sure to post all about her in the coming days so you all can get to know her. She is absolutely an amazing girl with a great work ethic. Plus she is fun to be around.
