One of the biggest transitions women experience after becoming mothers is one that doesn't always get talked about: Identity.

Especially for women who spent years building careers, achieving goals, and being independent. Motherhood can bring so much love and meaning... and it can also bring questions:

"Who am I now?"
"What parts of myself do I want to keep?"
"What parts of my old life do I miss?"

You can love your child and still grieve the version of yourself that existed before.

Support is not only for when things fall apart. Sometimes support is what helps you keep going in a healthier way.

Some women become "the strong one" so early in life that they forget they were ever allowed to be anything else.

They become the helper.
The planner.
The one who remembers.
The one who figures it out.

Those qualities may have helped you succeed, build relationships, and care deeply for others. But strength becomes exhausting when it feels like the only option.

Hi there! Saname is celebrating a huge milestone for Meghan. ✨

After years of dedication and hard work, Meghan has officially earned their Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential. Becoming fully licensed requires 3,000 hours of supervised clinical experience, including 1,500 direct hours providing therapy to clients and 1,500 indirect hours dedicated to training, consultation, case review, reading, documentation, and professional development.

Meghan approached this process with incredible dedication and curiosity, often going above and beyond in their learning and growth as a clinician. Throughout this journey, they have shown deep compassion, thoughtfulness, and commitment to the work of helping others heal. Watching them grow into the clinician they are today has been such a privilege.

We’re also excited to celebrate the launch of their new practice, where they’ll continue doing the work they love while creating the kind of healing space they’ve always envisioned.

Please join us in congratulating Meghan on this well-earned milestone and give their new practice a follow to support them in this exciting next chapter.
