IT BEGINS TODAY!
Each year, the Innovative Child Therapy Symposium brings together thousands of therapists, educators, and graduate students from around the world to learn, connect, and grow in their work with children and families.
This year's symposium centers on PLAY as a relational and integrative process, with an incredible lineup of speakers exploring how play supports healing, attachment, communication, trauma integration, grief, and growth.
I am honored to be joining this year's symposium as a guest speaker talking about bibliotherapy and how stories help children make sense of their world.
We'll explore how books can help children recognize feelings, feel less alone, build resilience, and discover strengths within themselves. I'll also be sharing examples from my children's book, *Oona Luna Petunia Finds Her Brave*.
If you work with children as a therapist, counselor, educator, social worker, graduate student, or helping professional, I hope you'll consider joining us.
Thank you to Jackie Flynn for the invitation and for creating such a meaningful learning experience for child-serving professionals.
FYI: The symposium is free to attend live, making it accessible to helping professionals around the world. For those who prefer to learn on their own schedule, there is also an optional pass that includes lifetime access to all sessions, bonuses, and resources.
