We’re growing and looking for compassionate Hospitality Aides to join our team! Reliability, teamwork, and a genuine heart for caring for the elderly are essential in this role.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist residents with grooming, dressing, bathing, and personal care
• Help with incontinence care and daily living needs
• Support residents with activities and encourage participation
• Follow nurse instructions and assist with assigned resident care
• Observe residents and report concerns to nursing staff
• Help maintain a clean, safe environment
• Communicate effectively and document care when needed
