We are pleased to announce Alexis Eisenhauer as our employee of the month. Her tireless dedication and compassionate care for our residents have not gone unnoticed. Alexis has been an integral part of Oak Ridge Manor for 1 year and 10 months, having started as a CNA student and subsequently becoming certified. We are so thankful Mr. Lamkin entrusted Oak Ridge Manor with his rehabilitation and nursing needs! He came to Oak Ridge Manor following a joint replacement and hip fracture. He was requiring assistance for ADL’s, IADL’s, transfers, gait, and balance. He worked diligently with occupational and physical therapy to return home safely and independently with reduced pain. We are so proud of his accomplishments and progress and can’t wait to see him back on the golf course!
