Hello mamas, some ladies and I are getting together to offer a unique summertime hydrotherapy (sound bath, meditation & fascia release in water) session at The Club on Saint Simons Island.

Pregnancy is not required; who doesn’t want to experience cranial sacral fascia release and meditation in water with a crystal sound bath?!

I will be guiding a meditation and talking about how water increases the normalcy of birth and the benefits of hydrotherapy, especially for labor and birth since I am a birth worker, creator of The Doula Studio. We are looking forward to seeing you there!

First Friday in Downtown Brunswick was so much fun last night!

I brought my tuning forks out and offered a little nervous system reset for anyone who stopped by. It’s amazing how quickly the body responds to gentle frequency and touch.

So many great conversations about healing, chiropractic care, and helping the body shift out of stress mode.
