📌Allow yourself to be loved.
Not everyone who enters your life will try to control you, manipulate you, or make you earn their affection. Sometimes, the hardest part of healing isn't learning how to love others, it's learning how to receive love when it is freely given.
If someone in your past used "love" as a tool for control, criticism, or power, that was a reflection of them, not your worth. Their inability to love you in a healthy way was their loss, not your failure.
You do not have to keep your heart guarded against every person because one person mishandled it.
You deserve relationships where love feels safe.
✔Where your voice is heard.
✔Where your boundaries are respected.
✔Where you are appreciated for who you are, not for what you provide.
Healing means allowing yourself to believe that healthy love exists, and that you are worthy of receiving it.
Stop rejecting the very thing you've been praying for because it doesn't look like the love you've experienced before.
Open your heart.
Trust the process.
Receive the love you deserve.
❤️ You are worthy of healthy love.
❤️ You are worthy of genuine connection.
❤️ You are worthy of being chosen, valued, and respected.
