I started in Kenpo Karate at age 9 after suffering bullying, it then not only helped develop my confidence and skill level but thereafter lead myself to Boxing and Kickboxing training. Through these avenues I was able to greatly impro

ve my health, mental well being, relieve stress in my life and gain a positive lifestyle. I began Coaching classes in 2002 and have since at UFC Gym and now I am now running my fitness program out of Downtown Brunswick, Georgia to help individuals one on one accomplish their fitness goals and build a healthier lifestyle.
