Here is my at-home work space. Working hard to practice what I preach. This week needs to be a week of rest (ish) for me. I have a tendency to just keep going, but I am not the damn energizer bunny. The cup must be refilled in order to keep caring for others and meeting my goals. So today, I work from home. Heat pack on my lap, latte in my fave new mug, music on and kids back at school. I am using the pomello app that builds real breaks right into my day and keeps me on task. I kept my week's schedule to a minimum (I still have clients to see and work that must be done) and planned some lovely me time including a hair cut and taking myself out to lunch at my favorite . I also recruited help from my team and 🍋💛 that they have my back. Because sometimes we have our foot on the gas, but sometimes we need to ease off and coast a little.
