In honor of Juneteenth, BAR Health will be closed on Friday, June 19th as we commemorate the day that symbolizes freedom, resilience, liberation, history, strength in the Black community and the ongoing pursuit of equity in our nation.

It is officially Men’s Health Month, and let’s be completely honest for a second: most men will check a strange noise in their truck engine way faster than they’ll check a strange symptom in their own body.
