Yesterday at Legacy of Bryan, our department heads and residents came together to give little Sophia an early Halloween celebration before her spinal surgery today.

There is something truly special about the love of a family and the way that love can ease our burdens, bring comfort during difficult times, and remind us that we are never alone.

This is what makes Legacy so special. We don’t just care for our residents; we care for the people they love. When one of our families is facing a difficult day, we want them to feel surrounded by love, support, and a community that cares.

Please join us in lifting Sophia up in prayer today as she undergoes surgery. May she be surrounded by healing, strength, and love every step of the way. 💚🙏

Spa Saturday was such a treat! Our residents enjoyed a little extra pampering with face masks, manicures, hand masks, foot masks, eye masks, and lip masks — plus a little makeup fun for those who wanted it! 💄💖

There’s nothing like a little self-care, relaxation, and time spent feeling special. We loved seeing everyone enjoy their spa day! 🌿💚

There is something truly special about being surrounded by the people who care about you. We loved seeing resident Dorlis Dodd welcome her family and friends as they came out to visit, spend time with her, and cheer her on during bingo! 🥰

Dorlis even took home THREE wins! 🏆🎉 But beyond the bingo cards and prizes, it was the laughter, encouragement, familiar faces, and meaningful connections that made this visit so special.

For our residents, visits from family, friends, and members of the community mean so much. These moments help foster a sense of belonging, lift spirits, strengthen relationships, and remind our residents that they remain an important part of the community they call home. 💚
