Normally I don’t post pictures this soon (because there’s so much healing left to do!), but I love how this case demonstrates the role of neck lifting in young patients. This patient had a genetically oblique neck, and non-surgical treatments like Kybella and even liposuction would give her very little improvement. That’s because it’s the deeper layers, the muscle and deep fat, that are causing her lack of definition, and these layers are reachable only through surgery. What will you look like 2 weeks post lower blepharoplasty? This beautiful patient is just over 2 weeks post op and is looking amazing already! Minimal resolving bruising, gradually resolving swelling, and a smooth lower eyelid to cheek transition! Only getting better from here!!
