We are often so used to being in pain that we don’t recognize going deeper and deeper into depression and pain. Some of us have been living with it for years and blamed our lives and circumstances . While yes, they contribute , they aren’t the cause. Past hurts and scars are what has led us here. Let’s take stock of what truly hurts and find out what we can do .
