We’re beyond excited to celebrate our very own Dr. Deanna Brasile, featured in Vogue’s Influential Women of Philadelphia edition! "My patients are trusting me with their biggest hopes and dreams, so this isn't just medicine for me" says Dr. Brasile in the feature.

Fertility expert. Patient advocate. Influential woman. And now? Vogue girl. 💁‍♀️

Dr. Brasile, we already knew you were a big deal—but it’s nice to see Vogue catching up. 😉 And we have to say, she understood the assignment: expertise, leadership, compassion and the style to match. ✨

Congratulations, Dr. Brasile! We’re so proud to have you representing Main Line Fertility. 💙

September is PMOS Awareness Month 💙

Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS), formerly known as PCOS, is a complex hormonal and metabolic condition that can affect ovulation, menstrual cycles, insulin regulation, androgen levels, and fertility.

Symptoms can look different from person to person and may include irregular or absent periods, acne, excess hair growth, weight changes, and difficulty conceiving.

For those hoping to grow their family, PMOS can sometimes make ovulation less predictable — but there are many treatment options available to help.

This , we’re shining a light on the condition, its symptoms, and the importance of individualized fertility care. 💙

✨ We’re so happy to celebrate the arrival of Aurora, this family’s second IVF miracle with Main Line Fertility.

After returning to MLF for a frozen embryo transfer, Aurora’s parents shared how grateful they were for the care, communication, and support they received throughout their journey with Dr. Alexa and the MLF team.

“We could not be more grateful to Main Line Fertility for helping us start and complete our family!”

It’s an incredible honor to be part of a family’s journey not just once, but twice. Congratulations to Aurora and her family — thank you for allowing us to be part of your story! 🍼✨
