I’m very excited to be speaking at the Mayo Clinic’s Face Academy 360° Master Course this weekend🔥

I will be presenting on my endoscopic approach to midface lifts under local AWAKE anesthesia.

I perform nearly all my facelifts under local AWAKE anesthesia. This allows my patients to communicate with me throughout the procedure, which ultimately reduces pain and post-op recovery time. During endoscopic midface lifts, I use a high-definition scope to visualize and dissect the malar region and release the retaining ligaments in the face. I then use endotines and/or sutures to lift the SMAS.

Invisible scars just 3 MONTHS later🤯

My beautiful 57-year-old patient is 3 months out from her deep plane facelift and is feeling more beautiful everyday. She decided to undergo a facelift because she was unhappy with how she was aging and felt like her skin was sagging after she lost about 50 pounds in a year. Just 3 months post-op, her incisions have healed wonderfully and are practically invisible.

I perform facelifts under local AWAKE anesthesia. This creates a comfortable experience where the patient is able to communicate with me and my team throughout the procedure, which allows us to immediately address any potential discomfort, ultimately reducing post-op pain and recovery time.

FIVE YEARS POST TUMMY TUCK🤯

My beautiful 42 year old patient is 5 years out from her abdominoplasty and is demonstrating how incredibly long-term results can be maintained. She needed her re**us diastasis repaired and desired a more contoured tummy.

All of my tummy tucks are completely DRAINLESS. I use three layers of sutures during the procedure to ensure long-lasting results without the need for drains. Two of these layers are permanent and are placed deep in the muscle. Using permanent sutures to repair the re**us diastasis is extremely important for a contoured result. The uppermost layer is absorbable and helps the skin reconnect with the deeper tissues.

It’s been five years since her surgery and she still has a flat tummy with very subtle scarring. It’s important to me that I share long-term results like this to demonstrate how these amazing results can be maintained over time🔥

These facelift scars are practically INVISIBLE🤯

This beautiful patient is 4 months out from her deep plane facelift under local anesthesia. At this point in her recovery, she is completely healed and her scars are barely visible. I perform the majority of my facelifts AWAKE under local tumescent anesthesia. This allows my patients to communicate with me throughout their procedure, ultimately reducing the pain they feel and their post-op recovery time.

I make facelift incisions around the ear and up into the hair. I try very hard to avoid extending the incision up along the hairline because the scar would be very visible, especially when the hair is pulled back. By hiding the incision in the hair, I’m able to pleat out any bunching that might occur around the eyes for a natural, scarless result. The scars around the ears are minimal and are often hidden by the wispy hairs around the sideburns.

I will be presenting on deep plane facelifts under local anesthesia, my endoscopic approach to midface lifts, and my signature LaMiNa treatment.

I perform nearly all my facelifts under local AWAKE anesthesia. My patients are able to communicate with me throughout the procedure, which ultimately reduces pain and post-op recovery time. This includes the novel technique I use for endoscopic midface lifts. During this operation, I use a high-definition scope to visualize and dissect the malar region and release the retaining ligaments in the face before I use endotines or sutures to lift the SMAS.

My signature LaMiNa technique targets stubborn perioral rhytids (smokers lines) around the mouth. I aggressively CO2 laser and microneedle the area then apply nanofat as a rescue. I’m very excited to be speaking at SOFCEP in France this week!🤩

I will be presenting on my Minimally Invasive Mastoid Sling (MIMS) neck lift and my signature LaMiNa treatment for perioral rejuvenation.

The MIMS neck lift is a minimally invasive approach that lifts the neck and contours the jawline. There is just ONE incision behind the ear, making it virtually SCARLESS. I thread a permanent suture through this incision, which is then anchored around the mastoid bone to create a sling. I follow the same tunnel superficially with an absorbable suture to help the skin and deeper tissues reconnect and to accelerate healing. Both sutures are tied very tightly beneath the chin to lift and define the neck🔥

I pioneered my signature LaMiNa treatment 6 years ago to treat stubborn smokers lines around the mouth. LaMiNa stands for CO2 lasering, microneedling, and nanofat. I apply nanofat as a rescue after aggressively lasering and microneedling the area, which accelerates the healing process and significantly decreases the amount of pain felt by the patient.
