100 births ✨What a huge milestone in Sun Valley Birth! I am blown away that three years ago I had recently moved to Arizona with zero connections, and now to see all that God has done through SVB, and all the amazing people to have met along the way! REPEATS☀️ what an absolute honor to be able to care for this amazing family that actually was connected with Kristyn as their doula for their last baby, and now Kristyn got to be the Primary Midwife Under Supervision for this sweet baby!!! Talk about a full circle moment! There wasn’t a dry eye at her birth. It was just the most special moment, and I am continually amazed at how midwifery connects people in such deep and beautiful ways✨ I’m so grateful to God to be able to walk alongside this family during this journey🧡 what a blessing!

My FAVORITE high protein dipping sauce that I put on so many things throughout the week🙌 The hardest question: “what’s the recipe??” Yeahhhhh I don’t really have one😂, but this is a 1 cup Tupperware filled 90-95% with Greek yogurt and approx 1 tbsp of mayo then approx 1 tbsp of siracha🤷‍♀️ makes a great alternative to most aiolis and dipping sauces🌟 let me know if you try it🤩 I’ll be enjoying this while waiting for the August babies to come here at the very end of the month🤪

What an absolutely FULL week at Sun Valley Birth! Between babies being born, clinic, supporting mamas through the short or long hours of labor, using all different sorts of clinical skills, as well as watching and seeing birth uninterrupted, AND celebrating student midwife, Kristyn’s birthday 🎉we have had a beautiful week. Seeing the Lord provide each and every day with the perfect timing of baby’s birth day and not having to reschedule an appointments 😅 I’m so grateful to God for this week, and I look forward to all that is to come! Also, gosh just love doing birth with the best Kristyn Marie Lopez Hailey 🩷 Birth Doula and photographer

☀️At your 36 week home visit we bring the birth tub, supplies and postpartum folder to your home . We do a home tour, have your appointment on the comfort of your couch, and talk about all the things you can expect, what’s normal, what’s not normal, when to call, how to rest in early labor, and how to set up the birth tub 😄 it’s so fun!!
‼️ as a reminder all of your birth tub and supplies are included in your package price so other than having a few things at your house that you probably already have like towels and sheets or a digital thermometer, we bring all the things 🙌 preparing you in your third trimester as you enter into nesting and labor prep is absolutely vital🧡🧡🧡 I love that we have the time and space to do that education and to come into your home- your safe space☀️ can’t wait to support you as you bring your baby into your arms!!! love yall!
