Not only do we want to protect our skin but getting a sunburn can also delay your massage. Massaging over a sunburn can cause irritation and/or pain to the area, increases inflammation as well cause your skin to peel which is unsanitary. So with summer time coming up, please remember to apply your sunscreen and if you get a sunburn please contact me to discuss your appointment and what we need to do!☀️
