Now that we’re back in the swing of things for this school year, maybe it’s time to book that massage! Books are open for the month of September.

When was the last time you had a massage?
Regular massage helps manage pain, lowers blood pressure, regulates stress, and supports healing. I’m a mobile licensed massage therapist serving Buda, Kyle, South Austin and surrounding areas. I bring the table, linens, ambient music, and lotion, so you just provide the space. Each session is customized, combining Swedish, orthopedic, sports, deep tissue, and trigger point techniques. I’m also certified in Zero Balancing which is a gentle but powerful energy work modality. It’s all connected: body, mind, heart. Message me for rates and to set up your appointment.

It’s never too late for the gift of a massage. Be the best valentine and DM to book.
