Craving carbs more than usual, feel like sleeping more...you're not alone in this season. Symptoms of SAD such as oversleeping, cravings for carbohydrates, and social withdrawal can feel quite overwhelming.
Of course, now that the Chicago Bears are out of the playoffs, (what a season!) making us long for a state of hibernation akin to that of bears. Yet, acknowledging these feelings as part of a broader experience allows for personal reflection and growth. It’s vital to hold onto the hope that brighter days are just around the corner; the arrival of baseball season heralds not only the return of sunshine but also the vibrant promise of springtime.
