❤️I cut open a cantaloupe today and something caught my attention.
👋The seeds.
💚They weren’t scattered or chaotic. They were arranged with precision, held together in the center, each one exactly where it needed to be. Order. Structure. Intention.
💚As a wellness practitioner, this felt like a quiet reminder of how health truly works.
💚Our bodies, minds, and lives are not random systems. There is an intelligent design at work, even when we don’t fully understand it. Healing, balance, and growth all depend on alignment, timing, and placement, much like those seeds waiting in the center before they ever grow outward.
💚So often, people come to wellness feeling broken, disorganized, or behind. But nature tells a different story. Just because something is hidden, still, or in process does not mean it lacks purpose.
❤️God’s care is detailed. Intentional. Personal. If something as small as fruit seeds are held together with such order, then surely our lives, our health journeys, and our seasons of healing are being tended with even greater care.
