She's baackkkk. Our sweet Kelly is back to our weekly schedule and we couldn't be more excited !

Kelly believes yoga is about far more than movement, it is a practice of returning home to yourself. Through breath, mindful movement, and self-awareness, yoga became a
transformational tool that helped her reconnect with her authentic self and create a life rooted in purpose, balance, and growth. Her intention in every class is to create a space where people feel supported, empowered, and connected to their mind, body, and spirit.

Now that we have some longer days and beautiful weather, the sun is setting a little later. That means our time to wind down comes a little later as well.

Endless gratitude for an incredible 5 years since reopening our doors and starting from scratch to rebuild our community. A few members of our Evolation Buffalo family spent a week in Puerto Rico on a yoga retreat and here’s what we brought back with us: 

-a reminder that time is a gift 
-be more present 
-movement connects us
-take deep breaths 
-gratitude for the simple things
