First we were community, then we became family. Over the years at mobile ops with Rashone Scott-Williams we all have learned, cried, lived, loved, became mor0 byb
A a s empathetic and humble, we have saved lives ourselves and have been saved. We have lived and lost very dear org members and we have struggled with lived experiences in mental health and some of us substances. We have hit our boots to the ground leaving nobody we meet without asking if they have ever heard of or been trained … we have lived and families and children and grandchildren and friends and we have been a community together , locked and loaded always on the move and working to be better than we were the day before. A little late but has come and gone another year and from Damar Hamlin’s back to school giveaway to local community to health fairs and our neighborsWNY Mobile Overdose Prevention Services aka Mobile OPS has tried to be a part of something bigger than ourselves; OUR COMMUNITY. Giving back when we can, education and advocacy is in our DNA.
