Today, we're proud to celebrate an extraordinary milestone for one of our own. Congratulations to Paramedic Ray Catanesi on 30 years with AMR Western New York!

For three decades, Ray has dedicated his career to serving others through Emergency Medical Services, answering the call day and night to help those in need. His passion for EMS and his genuine love for this community have made a lasting impact.

A career in EMS is not an easy one. It requires compassion, resilience, skill and a desire to help others during some of their most difficult moments. Ray has embodied those qualities every step of the way, serving as an example to his colleagues and a trusted caregiver to the communities he serves.
