Buffalo Homecare is looking for a compassionate, organized, and detail-oriented Intake Coordinator to join our growing team! 💙
As the first point of contact for new clients and referral sources, you’ll help guide families through the onboarding process and ensure every client receives professional and compassionate care from day one.

• Managing new client intake & referrals
• Communicating with clients, families & healthcare providers
• Coordinating schedules with the care team
• Maintaining accurate documentation & compliance

• 1–2 years of healthcare or home care experience preferred
