It was just routine bloodwork - and I found out my kidneys were stressed- that’s when I really had to take a hard look at ‘over the counter’ and the definition of safe.

What if we all could connect at 3 am when the majority of women 40+ wake up every night?! It would have to be sectioned by time zone :) but it would be a 30 minute support group call and then we could go back to sleep. We could discuss what we are making for dinner the next night, the groceries we have to get, the laundry that didn’t get done and what it would be like to sleep through the night.

The 90s were something different 😂 we were free the roam the county, no phones other than the landline connected to a cord on the kitchen wall, and riding our bikes barefoot- we took grounding to a new level 🦶but we also did a few things like amplify our tan with nasty mineral oil, baking that garbage into our lymphatic system. We can reverse that 😉

It’s a time in your life that will sneak up on you. I don’t know any women that says she was prepared - and the first thing that shift is your skin becomes drier. If you’re experiencing the shift and your skin is getting drier - start using a moisturizer that replaces what it’s losing.
