Our medical staff provide healthcare for adults, children, mothers and infants. Ash in Buffalo, Mo., the CMH Dallas County Family Medical Center also has a Walk-In Clinic open 7 days a week from 9 a.m. - 8 p.m. The Walk-In Clinic provides convenient and quick care for people of all ages who have a sudden illness or injury.

Due to limited or no internet availability at the clinic due to Sho-Me Technologies being down with no expected resolution at this time, we will be diverting all patients to Bolivar Walk-in Clinic. I’m sorry for the inconvenience but patient care is our top priority and we are unable to provide the care we need to finish the day.

We hope to be up and running as normal in the morning!

Happy Labor Day!

If you need care for a minor illness or injury today, our Walk-In Clinic is here for you. We are open Monday, Sept. 7, from 9 a.m.–8 p.m.
