✨ BEEN A WHILE? LET’S CHECK IN. ✨

Life happens. Schedules get busy. You meant to come back for that adjustment… and suddenly it’s been 6 months. 👀

Good news: Dr. Brenda is offering a discount on Chiropractic Re-Exams! Usually $75, but for the rest of September it will only be $50 - the same cost as your usual follow-up.

A re-exam is a little more thorough than your typical follow-up visit, giving Dr. Brenda a chance to reassess how things are moving, check for changes, and make sure your care plan still makes sense for where your body is now.

Call Phoenix Rising or book online to schedule your re-exam!

As chiropractors, get this question all the time -
What mattress do you recommend?

And for years we were hesitant to recommend a specific brand. But recently we became aware of a brand that checked all the boxes.

- Made in the USA to order
- Organic and natural materials
- No harsh chemicals
- 365 day return or exchange policy
- They even make crib and youth size mattresses and dog beds!

We are excited to announce our new partnership with Saatva!

If you are looking to buy a new mattress this Labor Day, check out the sale at Saatva.

We are halfway through Pride Month - our favorite month of the year!
At Phoenix Rising Wellness Collective and Covell Chiropractic, our Pride flag hangs all year long. Safety is foundational to healing & our practices are here to support all individuals with care that honors both identity and experience.
We’re honored to be a Safe Space Alliance–designated location for the LGBTQIA+ community in Buffalo. Creating safer spaces isn’t a trend—it’s a responsibility.

See our post for Trans Day of Visibility to learn about the specific ways we put these values into practice - from language, to consent, to touch & beyond.
