Day 1 of clinicals is officially underway! 🩺❤️

Our CNA students had a great first day putting their skills into practice at Salude! There’s nothing like getting out of the classroom and into a real clinical setting to bring everything they’ve learned together.

So proud of this group and excited to watch their confidence grow over the next few days! 💪🩺

💔 13 years old. At football practice. Seemingly healthy.

Stories like this are absolutely heartbreaking — and they are an important reminder that sudden cardiac arrest can happen to anyone, at any age.

Caden Sorrell was just 13 years old when he went into cardiac arrest shortly after beginning football practice. His family said they were unaware of any previous health issues.

As a CPR and AED training company, this is why we talk so much about preparedness.

❤️ Know CPR.
⚡ Know where the nearest AED is.
🏈 Make sure AEDs are quickly accessible at practices, games and youth sporting events.
⏱️ Have an emergency action plan — and make sure coaches, staff and volunteers know it.

When someone suffers sudden cardiac arrest, there is no time to figure out what to do. The response has to begin immediately.

If your school, athletic program, church, business or community organization has an AED, ask yourself:

Can someone get to it within minutes? Does everyone know where it is? And are the people around it trained to use it?

Having an AED somewhere in the building isn’t enough if no one can find it when seconds matter.

What an incredible day with this amazing group of 13-year-olds learning CPR, AED, and First Aid as they prepare to become confident, capable babysitters!

From practicing high-quality CPR and learning how to use an AED to treating common injuries, choking emergencies, and more, these future babysitters gained real-world skills that could one day make all the difference.

We believe every young babysitter should have more than just experience—they should have the confidence and knowledge to respond when it matters most.

Watching these girls encourage each other, ask great questions, and have fun while learning lifesaving skills was inspiring! 👏
