Do I nebulize
No I don't, but I don't have COPD, I am very health 87 years old, but I lost a daughter to CF, she was 9 years old, and we gave her the nebulizer treatment three times a day and would beat on her chest, back, and both sides of her lungs, three times a day to be able to loosen the flam up enough to get her to cough it up. As of today, I realize that all it did was to remove the flame from the outer surface of her lungs. I look at the lungs as a sponge. You have the outer surface of the sponge, and then you have all of the pockets, and this is where you get your volume of air, and also this is where you build up flame. By nebulizing your lungs, you only get to the surface of your lungs. By soaking your feet in the H2O2 solution, it picks up the H2O2 and brings it to the back side of the lungs to pick up oxygen, and as it does this, it will release the extra molecule of oxygen into the sac.
